Riot Games, producer and distributor of online game "League of Legends" have accepted an offer to purchase the majority of their stock. Tencent Holdings Limited, one of the leading internet service providers in China, and well known company for their QQ messenger have acquired said majority stake and the transaction is expected in the next 30 days.
