Eufy Omni S1 Pro Review: A Next-Level Robot Vacuum for Ultimate Cleaning Efficiency

In a sea of robot vacuums that seem to be blending into one another, Eufy has taken a bold step forward with the release of their top of the line Eufy Omni S1 Pro. With innovative features and a design that sets it apart from the others, the Omni S1 Pro is making waves in home automation and cleaning technology. Having tried many robot vacuums, I can confidently say that the S1 Pro is now my go-to device for keeping my floors spotless.

At the core of the Eufy Omni S1 Pro shines with the Floor Washing System. Unlike traditional robot mops, the S1 Pro’s mop is constantly refreshed in real-time at 170 RPM, removing even the tiniest, invisible dirt particles within its range. With 1 kg of downward pressure, it does a good job of getting into hard floors. The dual water reservoir system, equipped with ozonated water, ensures your mop is always clean and ready for the next task, delivering unmatched floor cleaning. While not the quietest vacuums, it moves rather efficiently and can tell its going to work!

The UniClean Station is the base home unit which has been one of my favorite designs for these types of robo vacuums . This isn’t just a base for recharging—the 10-in-1 system handles everything from auto emptying and refilling to detergent dispensing and even heated air drying. The station also sterilizes the water used for mopping, eliminating 99.99% of bacteria like E. coli.. It’s a fully automated cleaning powerhouse that takes care of the vacuum so you can let it do its thing.

While the mopping system is what makes it for me, the 8,000 Pa suction is no slouch when it comes to vacuuming. Whether on carpets or hard floors, the S1 Pro’s suction power pulls up debris, pet hair, and dust with ease. For a hybrid vacuum and mop system, it does an impressive job. The powerful suction ensured that I got a even clean, especially when transitioning from hard floors to carpets which is completely balanced in my apartment.

One interesting thing this Vacuum has I’ve only seen one other time is its square-shaped design, which is crafted for corner-to-edge cleaning. Most robot vacuums struggle to reach edges and corners, but the S1 Pro navigated these tricky areas with ease. The sleek, sports car-inspired build doesn’t just look cool—it allows the vacuum to move smoothly around furniture and into tight spaces, adding to its overall efficiency.

Speaking more on the water/mop features, it has a ozonated water system that sterilizes the clean water reservoir, a feature I’ve never seen before in a robot vacuum. This not only removes harmful bacteria but ensures that the mop is always using sanitized water for cleaning. When you’re mopping your floors, knowing that the water is 99.99% free of bacteria provides peace of mind, especially for households with kids or pets especially since my daughter has begun crawling.

The Eufy Home app pairs seamlessly with the S1 Pro, allowing for intuitive control and scheduling of cleaning tasks. The app provides real-time monitoring and customization options, from adjusting cleaning modes to setting cleaning schedules. It’s simple to use and gives you full control over the device, making everyday cleaning more efficient and less time-consuming.

The most surprising thing about the Eufy Omni S1 Pro isn’t any one feature but the it’s the price. Coming in at around $1400 this is not a budget-friendly option, which in some cases Eufy is known to have some affordability, this is a unit that they crafted a lot of care in and it’s worth every penny. Its ability to both mop and vacuum saves space, with clean and dry solutions makes it an ideal solution for smaller homes or apartments where floor care devices are already a challenge to store. If your home is primarily carpeted, you might find other vacuums more suited to pet hair and deep carpet cleaning, but for a hybrid system, the S1 Pro holds its own on both hard floors and carpets.

The Eufy Omni S1 Pro is more than just a robot vacuum—it changes how you’ll be cleaning your floors at home. With its advanced floor washing system, 10-in-1 UniClean Station, powerful suction, and smart design, it outperforms most of the competition. While it’s on the pricier side, the features and efficiency it brings to your home make it a worthy investment for those serious about keeping their floors spotless. Whether you have hard floors, carpets, or both, the Omni S1 Pro delivers top-tier cleaning with minimal effort on your part and that’s what I’ve enjoyed most about it. Definitely a hybrid vacuum and mop that you should check out!
