Returnal is a new third-person shooter made by Housemarque, the creators of Matterfall and Resogun. Returnal was announced as a Playstation 5 exclusive during the PS5 reveal event. The trailer shows a woman in a space suit exploring an alien planet after her ship crashes and gets attacked. While she goes on to explain that she lives her life over and over again and every time she dies she feels that she’s been changed by her experiences and surroundings trying to get out of the vicious cycle of death while staying alive. The game has a Live, Die, Repeat, or Edge of Tomorrow with Tom Cruise feel. Check out the trailer below and let us know what you think.
