A new chapter opens on the Resident Evil series. Announced at the Playstation 5 announcement event Resident Evil Village takes place a few years after the events of Resident Evil 7. Ethan Winters and his wife Mia are finally living in a quiet village until Chris Redfield appears and the darkness rises again. We expect to hear more of what’s going on in the new series in August, but expect the game to be released in 2021.
