Updated 4.46 should fix your bricked Playstation 3

If you were one of the unfortunate people to have your Playstation 3 bricked upon updating it to Sony’s 4.46 firmware update last week, Sony has released another update that should be able to fix your console.

Many people have been trapped in the initial loading screen for the past week hoping Sony releases an update to get them back to normal – and they have.  If your system is fine, then you can go ahead and download the update. However, if your system had bricked, then you will need a USB flash drive in order to fix your system. Sony has released instructions to guide you through the process. Just be sure your flash drive has at lease 168 mb free.
