As a gamer I’ve gone through a lot of headsets, and I mean a lot. I’ve used headsets for Xbox 360, Playstation 3, and PC’s all ranging from $20 to $150 and they’ve all had their pros and cons. One of my recent purchases was the Logitech G35 7.1 surround sound gaming PC headsets.

Child of Eden Review

By Remdog, July 25, 2011 0 Reviews, Xbox

It’s kind of hard to review a game that is really short yet intensely immersive. The colors and overall style of play can keep anyone in a trance for hours. Child of Eden is one of those games that can keep an entire room full of people entertained but is no more then one player at a time. Tetsuya Mizuguchi set himself up to make a spiritual successor to Rez and he does but before you know it the game ends.

Duke Nukem Forever Review

By Remdog, July 11, 2011 0 Playstation, Reviews, Xbox

Duke Nukem Forever is one of those games where hype isn’t always what it’s cracked up to be. Where hype can utterly destroy a games reputation, sometimes before a game is even released. Duke Nukem Forever is a victim of this and while the game as a whole isn’t terrible, you can’t help but notice that if it had a bit more care it would be perceived as a great redemption.

MLB 11: The Show Review

By The Bad Man, April 7, 2011 0 Playstation, Reviews

The smell of fresh cut grass. The distant sounds of birds chirping. Flowers budding, sprinklers watering lawns, and digging shorts out of the closet. It’s almost springtime, which means only one thing; it’s time to play ball! The beginning of Major League Baseball’s spring training also marks the release of MLB 11 The Show. The Show’s dominance in the baseball gaming genre is once again unchallenged with the release of their latest installment. Check out the link for our full review.

The Dishwasher: Vampire Smile Review A Devilish good time

By Remdog, April 7, 2011 0 Reviews, Xbox

The sequel to 2008′s XBLA hit The Dishwasher: Dead Samurai is one of the most satisfying games I’ve ever played. The original was formally the winner of the Microsoft’s Dream-Build-Play XNA competition which boasted him $10,000 in prize money. It comes as no surprise that being the cult classic hit that it was, a sequel would be imminent. It’s clean yet messy, it’s sadistic yet beautiful and all in all a hell of alot of fun to play.
