Activision axes Guitar Hero, True Crimes, makes layoffs and dev closures

Who could foresee something like this happening? It seems like only yesterday we were holding a plastic guitar controller for the first time and had quickly become addicted to the craze. With actually only a mere lifespan of 5 years Activision has disbanded its Guitar Hero business unit and announced that it will cease development of the planned 2011 Guitar Hero game along with other big closures as well.

Sega Cutting Prices On Games

That's correct folks you heard me. Sega has come out and decided to cut the prices on almost all their games... Well at least for the iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPads. All of their DLC game prices have been cut for a limited time, and when I mean limited time I actually mean indefinite. Nothing like saving money during the holiday season.
