CES 2025: GUNNAR Introduces Mineral Glass Innovation expansion and New Purity Collection

GUNNAR continues to revolutionize eyewear by combining cutting-edge technology with stylish design. At CES, GUNNAR showcased its latest advancements in mineral glass lenses, the same material used in NASA telescopes and high-end cameras. These lenses eliminate refraction, rainbow effects, and image distortion, delivering unmatched visual clarity while remaining plastic-free.

Building on the success of the Tahoe, released last year and inspired by the crystal-clear waters of California’s Lake Tahoe, GUNNAR announced plans to expand its mineral glass offerings. The Tahoe is available in both the traditional Amber tint and the Clear Pro tint, perfect for those seeking true color fidelity.

This year, GUNNAR is taking things further with the introduction of the Purity Collection, set to launch in May. The debut product in the collection, the Tioga, combines lightweight acetate and reclaimed wood in a round frame, featuring German-engineered spring hinges for superior comfort. The Tioga will be available in Amber and Clear Pro mineral glass, retailing at approximately $250.

With the Purity Collection, GUNNAR blends sustainability, premium materials, and unparalleled performance, cementing its status as a leader in innovative eyewear for gamers, creatives, and professionals alike. Stay tuned for the Purity launch this May!
