Impressions: MAINGEAR Unveils A Game-Changer in Desktop PC Design

MAINGEAR, renowned for premium gaming PCs, has introduced the revolutionary MAINGEAR Rear Connection (MG-RC) technology at CES 2024, marking a paradigm shift in desktop PC design. This patented technology redefines cable management by relocating connections to the rear/underside of the motherboard, eliminating visible cables inside the PC case. Our hands-on experience at the MSI booth showcased the significant impact of MG-RC on aesthetics, cooling, and assembly.

MG-RC offers a cable-free interior, reducing air turbulence for enhanced cooling, streamlining assembly with simplified cable management, and elevating the overall aesthetics of gaming PCs. MAINGEAR aims to standardize MG-RC across the industry, fostering widespread adoption for the benefit of OEMs, system builders, and consumers.

The collaboration between MAINGEAR and MSI gave birth to the limited-edition MAINGEAR ZERO drop. Powered by the MSI B760M Project Zero motherboard and housed in the sleek MSI MAG Pano M1000 PZ White chassis, this compact mini-ATX setup sets new standards in raw performance and visual appeal. The magic of MG-RC ensures a clean, cable-free interior, complemented by synchronized RGB lighting throughout the case, fans, and components.

The ZERO drop, featuring panoramic glass panels, will be available in limited quantities starting January 24, 2024, at maingear.com/drops. Given the history of quick sellouts, interested buyers are encouraged to act swiftly.

Taking innovation further, MAINGEAR introduces the NV9: Zero Concept, integrating MG-RC compatibility to support the MSI Z790 Project. This concept not only enhances PC performance with premium components but also introduces a first-of-its-kind in-case high-definition LCD display, fully customizable to the user’s preference. The NV9 Zero Concept is set to join MAINGEAR’s custom gaming PC lineup at maingear.com in Q1 2024.

Every MAINGEAR gaming PC, including the MAINGEAR ZERO drop and NV9: Zero Concept, undergoes meticulous handpicking and testing for maximum compatibility, reliability, and performance. Built by MAINGEAR builders in Warren, New Jersey, these PCs uphold MAINGEAR’s commitment to excellence and can also tell the level of dedication they have for building PC’s at their best. Stay tuned for more coverage on the groundbreaking MG-RC cable management system, poised to make waves across the industry.
