Mario & Sonic are going for gold this November

Mario, Bowser, Dr. Eggman, Sonic and much more are going to be in a brand new adventure in Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games Tokyo 2020. This isn’t just a new iteration of the series but brings on a brand new story involving 2D mix to the action revolving around the console Tokyo ’64. Dr. Eggman and Bowser devise a plan to trap Mario and Sonic when things go horribly wrong. We got the chance to check things out a few weeks ago and the game sports lots of events from old to new like going on a skate park, diving board, archery range and more.

If you remember the old track and field from the original NES days then some things are going to start looking really familiar and we had a great time in its nostalgia. The game is exclusive to Nintendo Switch taking advantage of many of its features, be sure to lookout for our review of the game before its Nov 5th release date and let us know if you’re looking forward to this.

Have you ever wanted to see Mario vs. Dr. Eggman? Or Sonic vs. Bowser? On November 5, you can pit all of Mario’s and Sonic’s iconic characters against each other in the biggest video game mash-up of 2019, Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games Tokyo 2020! Take rivalries to the skate park, diving board, archery range, and more with an incredible suite of 3D and 2D events, imaginative Dream events (who hasn’t wanted to see Sonic on a hoverboard AGAIN?) and an expansive Story Mode!
