During the Microsoft press conference, 3 Gears games were announced. The first is a Funko Pop mobile game, but we didn’t get any gameplay for it. The second game was Gears Tactics, a turn based strategy game similar to XCOM. Then the third game revealed was Gears 5, a cinematic was shown with actual gameplay and it looks like Gears 5 is going to take a different approach to the series.
