NBA Live coming to next gen platforms

It’s crazy to think but an NBA Live game hasn’t come out in years. Well the drought will almost be over. President of EA Labels Frank Gibeau said that they plan to launch a NBA Live game in 2014, this was in a EA fiscal 2013 year-end investor call. They were suppose to release a NBA 2013 last year but was canceled. Since then they have focused on making the next game great and will even be highlighting a new engine for EA supports that will take advantage of next gen hardware. There will be more on the engine as it will probably be seen at their press conference in E3.
