This is where you can go beyond wearable-only data and get a much deeper look at what’s happening inside your body using bloodwork. The way Ultrahuman positions it, you’re not just looking at “how you slept,” you’re also getting biomarker context across many aspects of your health, plus guidance on what looks good, what might need improvement or follow-up testing, and what supplements or foods could support your goals. Obviously, anything in the bloodwork lane should be treated as informational and discussed with a medical professional, but as a way to connect your daily habits to real biomarker data, it’s one of the more compelling add-ons I’ve seen in the wearable space.
