Published on June 10th, 2009 | by Aykut Donmez

Several video game analysts are saying the Sony PS3 will drop in price in August to coincide with the release of Madden '10. This might seem like a random game to do the price drop on but the series sells extremely well for the PS3 so it makes sense. Some analysts are also suggesting August is a good time because of college students doing their school shopping, many will most likely flock to the price drop. How much the price will drop is another question, many are hoping for a $100, which would bring the console down to a reasonable $299. The player will show in this paragraph

One of Nintendo's biggest games shown at E3 was of course Red Steel 2, the game taking place in a unique fantasy setting was the interest of many at the show. Red Steel 2 promises very accurate controls compared to the original, this is due to the Wii motion plus which will be required to play the game. From the gameplay videos and demos shown the game seems like it's shaping up rather well, with the ability to switch between sword and gun at anytime.
