Rock Band 3 has been one of the most hyped music games of the year, mostly because of the new features it adds to the series. The biggest addition being keyboards which gives an entirely new instrument that gamers can learn to play. The other major addition to the series is Pro Mode which allows players to actually learn how to play their instruments.
The idea of a Halloween based game doesn't quickly come to mind. Holiday theme based games more then likely come out being a niche experience. Dead Rising was one of the early hits on the Xbox 360, it was one of the first games to really push the number of characters on screen at any given time, where zombie games before it maybe had a dozen or so enemies at once Dead Rising threw hundreds at you. The game gave players a truly new zombie experience, now Dead Rising 2 tries to push everything even more than the original.
The sequel to Alien Breed Evolution, released a few months ago is now on XBLA and PSN. The series is actually inspired by the original games that were released in 1991. A relatively straight forward action game Alien Breed 2: Assault sticks with the series formula, but is it enough to stand out from crowd of XBLA and PSN games?
