MotionSports is the new sports title exclusive to Microsoft’s Kinect that will allow players to immerse themselves, as the movements they make in real-time are accurately represented by the on-screen athletes. Some of the sports challenges include skiing, horseback riding, hang gliding, football, soccer and boxing. Ubisoft has released some new screens letting us know what to expect.

Ubisoft announced at Gamescon Fighters Uncaged, a new fighting game that will be available worldwide in November 2010 exclusively for Kinect™ on Xbox 360. Developed by AMA Studios, Fighters Uncaged is said to deliver players the excitement of real fighting competitions, in addition to teaching players mixed martial arts techniques. Players will be able to create 70 different strikes inspired by martial arts and compete in 21 different fighting environments such as rooftops, dark alleys, gritty city docks and abandoned church. Included are diverse opponents with unique fighting styles, devastating combos with voice-activated super strikes, opportunities to upgrade your character by unlocking new skills and a jump-in multiplayer feature to take your enemies down with your friends.

Since this is the first Kinect fighter and what would seem to be the fasted moving Kinect game in terms of motion, we’re not sure how this will pan out. We can be hopeful but the truth is not alot of Kinect stuff has us feeling that way. We’ll be bringing more info on this as it comes in.

With a release date of 2011 Dirt fans are going to be real excited over the upcoming news Codemasters will start releasing for their latest iteration of the series. They have released some screenshots of the game and it looks to be going off road in as weather patterns as possible. Besides the fact that the screens look gorgeous already, I guess we’ll need to wait for more info about the game as it comes in.

News broke out yesterday that a new Bioshock was in the works and by none other then the team that made the first one. Well if you need any more explanation on what might be going on and where we’re at in Bioshock Infinite, then here’s the teaser trailer to shed more light on this mystery. Without giving to many spoilers away we do know the sisters or something familiar to it have new found powers and this adventure is being take to the sky’s, take a closer look for yourself.

Dirt is coming back with what seems to be a new set of tricks up its sleeves. Codemaster’s debuted the teaser trailer on ESPN’s X-Games last night and is already showcasing extreme stunts and weather effects. Personally I was hoping for Grid 2 before Dirt 3 but we’re sure thats not all that Codemaster’s has in store in the pipeline. Be sure to check out more news here, when it comes in.

‘Tis the season for a beating and I’m here to tell you of a new fighting masterpiece that are currently works in progress. The two teams responsible for the development of Both Super Street Fighter 4 AND Tekken (Capcom and Namco Bandai) are in collaboration to create a game so EPIC that the world itself might not be ready: Street Fighter X Tekken. From videos taken at this year’s comic-con and news gathered on the internet with possible rumors, here is a list of everything we know so far for Street Fighter X Tekken:

• Capcom is working on Street Fighter X Capcom utilizing the Super Street Fighter IV engine, while introducing the Tekken fighters in the same type of art style…sticking as close to their original looks in Tekken as possible (almost identical).
• The game will possibly need a two year development cycle according to producers so an early 2012 release is eminent.
• The stages for the game seems to be a mixture of two worlds.
• From the Street Fighter/Capcom side, we see a large head piece figure which turns out to be a “Servebot” and other mechanical structures from games such as Mega Man: Legends and Marvel vs. Capcom. The servebot head seems to be more of a mask/helmet for a person who occasionally stands up in it.
• From the Tekken/Namco Bandai side, it seems to be a darker, grungier battlefield. You’re fighting on what looks to be a ruined or wrecked highway with an extended level range (from the side of screen to the other).
• We know Ryu, Chun-li, Kazuya and Nina are in the games from the vids and screens shown. Dan has a short cameo in the teaser so we’re not sure if he’ll be in the final product.
• While the fighting itself comes directly from the SSF4 engine, the tag system like Tekken utilizes will be in the game, along with abilities taking advantage of it.
• Opponents can be bounced off of walls and floors and call in the players partner for tag team combos.
• As far as combos go, they’ve been kept at the same pace as in SSF4.
• Lastly, Tag Specials have been re-introduced back into the Street Fighter universe which are similar to Rival Schools style(there haven’t been tag specials since Street Fighter: EX 3).
• Each Tag special should be unique to every fighter and will no doubt take more then one super bar to use.

and wait… that’s not all! A second game is also in production, Tekken X Street fighter! A counterpart to Street Fighter X Tekken, TXSF is most likely going to be a fireball-less brawler. Not much is known about TXSF, but an estimated release date to both games is 2 years from now on both the PS33 and the Xbox 360…so those of you who were worried about “2012”, fear not…it’s not the end of the world, only the introduction of a new one.

Over the weekend Capcom delivered earth shattering news that it will be bringing in another vs series to the masses. This time teaming up with NamcoBandai for not one game but two! The first that was announced is Street Fighter X Tekken and as the name suggests it will be the Street Fighters camp vs the Tekken series. This version will be created by Capcom utilizing the Street Fighter IV engine and will be tagged based. Characters from the Tekken series will be re-imagined in this engine to fit the style for a completely new experience. From what has been said or lack there of it would seem the game is a ways off but will be for Xbox 360 and PS3 consoles. With the release of Super Street Fighter IV, the announcement of Marvel vs Capcom 3 for 2011 and now this, Capcom is coming in at full swing with the fighting game genre. We’ll have more info as it comes in but check out this teaser trailer and screenshots dropped in from Capcom.

Capcom is taking Comic-Con in full force with their latest latest info on Marvel vs Capcom 3. They have revealed four new characters have made it into the game, which are Dr. Doom, Trish (Devil May Cry series), Chun-Li and Super Skrull. We have a batch of new screens from this latest reveal along with a trailer. If that wasn’t enough the game will also be available for play at Capcom’s booth at Comic-Con with the newly released fighters.

North America dishes out the goods compared to Europe’s collectors edition of Dead Rising 2. The Dead Rising 2 Zombrex Edition, available on both PS3 and Xbox 360, includes a syringe of Zombrex medicine (Pen), along with a Zombrex safety information card, sales brochure, and 25-page prescription pad.

Also included within the steelbook casing is a Dead Rising 2 artbook, and a disc with a “Making of” featurette. The Xbox 360 version will also include the Zombrex Dead Rising Sun film, while the PS3 version will include a redeem code for a dynamic theme. Dead Rising 2: Zombrex Edition will be released the same day, September 28, as the regular version, and is priced at $79.99

Today Ubisoft released the first trailer for Tom Clancy’s H.A.W.X. 2 for the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and the Wii. Dated to release in the Fall of 2010, Tom Clancy’s H.A.W.X. 2 is a game in which you play the roll of a member of an elite jet-fighter group known as the “High Altitude Warfare eXperimental squadron” or H.A.W.X.

With Jets ranging from the Lockheed SR-71 Blackbird to the F22-Raptor, H.A.W.X is all about dog fights, air-to-ground destruction, and a single/multiplayer experience that we wingless mammals only dream of. Coming from the creative mind of Tom Clancy himself, you can be certain that the story lines and plot twist in this game will have you at the edge of your seats, even at Mach 4.
