Samsung is bringing two new devices to their wearable market, the Galaxy Watch3 and Galaxy Buds Live. Announced today at their Unpacked 2020 event, the Galaxy Watch3 is the next generation smart watch with updated sensors to help track your health and programs to help you stay on track with your fitness goals while still looking like a luxury time piece. Samsung is changing the idea of working out at home with more integration with their Smart View program. Choose from one of the 120 video workout programs on the Samsung Health app on your phone and have it mirror to your smart TV. From your watch you’ll be able to start, pause, and stop the video right from your watch so you can work out at your own pace. The Galaxy Watch3 will offer Trip Detection so if you fall and get hurt it’ll send a custom SOS message to your emergency contacts. As for the new sensors, you’ll now be able to track oxygen levels, ECG, and blood pressure in the new watch (updates will be made available later on in the year to access ECG and blood pressure features in the US, currently only available in South Korea). The Watch3 Bluetooth versions will be available August 6th in 41mm and 45mm sizes starting at $399.99 and $429.99 and LTE versions starting at $449.99 and $479.99 respectively. The 41mm watches will come in Mystic Bronze and Mystic Silver, while the 45mm will come in Mystic Silver and Mystic Black.

The new Galaxy Buds Live have been redesigned from their previous Galaxy Buds+. The new Buds Live are a new “open type” ear bud and will introduce AKG’s bigger 12mm speaker, a new bass duct to give you deeper tones, and active noise canceling. The Buds Live will have three microphones and a Voice Pickup Unit so it will feel more like you’re talking in the same room while on the phone. Lasting up to 6 hours of play time of non-stop listening and up to another 21 hours inside the charging case. The Galaxy Buds Live will be available August 6th and will be sell for $169.99 in Mystic Bronze, Mystic White, and Mystic Black.
