Samsung’s New Lineup and Announces The Terrace

Today Samsung is expanding their brand by adding a new line of TV’s called The Terrace. With warmer weather on the way, and the need to get outside and enjoy the outdoors more (especially because of staying home), The Terrace will allow customers to enjoy their TV time outside. Available in 55-, 65-, and 75-inch models, The Terrace will be a smart tb with a 4K HDR QLED display designed with an IP55 weather resistant durability, while the remote will be rated IP56. The 2,000 nit display will have a smooth 240 motion rate while having a Direct Full Array 16X and anti-reflection, which means pictures will look bright, crisp, and colors will be vibrant. Along with an amazing outdoor display The Terrace adds in some added features like the Samsung Smart TV+. Samsung Health, and new viewing capabilities like Multi View and Tap View. Multi View and Tap View will allow The Terrace to display two videos, one from a Samsung phone for screen mirroring and one from another feed directly from the tv itself.

The Terrace will also have a sound bar to compliment the outdoors aesthetic. The Terrace Soundbar will be a Dolby 5.1 soundbar that is optimized for the great outdoors especially since it has the same IP55 rating. The 5.1 sound bar comes with a powerful 210W woofer and wide range tweeter to fill out your outdoor space. Wireless connected by Bluetooth and Wi-fi to either your phone or to the Terrace tv, you’ll be able to stream your music without any messy cords or wires.

The Terrace sound bar ships June 12th for $1,199.99 while The Terrace will start at $4,999.99 for the 65-inch and $6.499.99 for the 75-inch which will be available June 5th, no word on when the 55-inch will be available yet.
